How do I find and reserve a hotel with bestthaitour.com ?

After you choose one of the destinations from the menu, you will see the selection of hotels. The hotels that bestthaitour.com offer are in the 3-star to 5-star categories, and will usually have important features such as rooms, dining and recreational facilities, etc. Important amenities/facilities are shown with icons in the search results page, and any additional facilities will be listed on each hotel page.

Also, be sure to make your reservation for the full duration of your stay, in order to avoid the unavailability if you later decide to further your stay.

 
After I make my reservation, how long it takes to get hotel's confirmation ?

Within 2 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) .

When you make a booking with us, within 24 hours, you will receive our Order Acknowledgement via e-mail, confirming that your order is now being process. Please keep this e-mail, which will indicate your Order No., for your reference.

At the same time we will contact our agents with your request. Assuming availability, a reservation is then made with your information confirming your booking and your credit card payment will be settled at this time as well.

Upon confirmation (usually within 2-working day), we will send you a hotel check-in voucher showing booking details via an e-mail. This voucher can then be presented upon check-in at the hotel.

If you do not receive any mail from us within 2-working day after placing an order, please kindly contact us immediately at contact@bestthaitour.com

 
What if hotel that I selected is not available ?

You will be notified via an e-mail (within 2 working days after placing your order) and you will not be charged.

Moreover, when you make your reservation, we allow you to give us permission (see reservation form) to reserve another hotel at comparable standard and price.If your selected hotel is not available AND you give us your permission, we will do so and will notify you through an e-mail. In this case, your credit card payment will not be settled until we get confirmation from you.

 
Do I need a credit card to make a hotel reservation ?
Yes. All Bookings are on prepayment basis. For your convenience, BestThaiTour.com offers credit card payment directly from our web site. However, you will not be charged until we get confirmation from your selected hotel. We accept payment by Visa, Master Card, Discover Card.
 
When will I be charged ?
You will be charged only if your selected hotel is available. After receiving your order, we will check for hotel's availability. If your selected hotel is available, we will make reservation and your credit card payment will be settled on receipt by us of confirmation of availability from the selected hotel.
 
Whose name is the reservation made under ?
The hotel's reservation is made under your name. You can check-in with either a hotel check-in voucher or your passport (showing the same name as when you fill out our reservation form).
 
What is the latest time that I can make my reservation ?
We accept bookings that are made at least 3-working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) before the check-in date.
 
Are your hotel rates per room or per person ?
All of our listed rates are per room, NOT per person (unless otherwise specified). Moreover, there is no charge for children under 5 years old sharing a room with parents with no extra bed.
 
Is there any fee using bestthaitour.com service ?
There is no charge to use BestThaiTour.com for reserving hotels and, in fact, you will usually save a lot of money by booking at our special rates.
 
Can I make a reservation directly through the hotel ?
The special rates listed on the bestthaitour.com are only available through our service. If you would like to make a reservation directly with the hotel you will need to contact them directly.
 
What is your cancellation policy for hotel reservations ?
For Hotel and Package Tours in Bangkok
1) If we receive your notification of cancellation at least 7 days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) prior to check-in date, there will be no cancellation charge except for a processing fee of 10% PLUS US$ 25 administration fee per order.

2) If notification of cancellation is received less than 7 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public holidays) prior to check-in date OR we do not receive any cancellation notification, a processing fee of 10% PLUS one night room charge will be levied PLUS US$ 25 administration fee per order.

3) No Show will be 100% of the total invoice charged - No Refund

For Hotel and Package Tours Outside Bangkok
1) For hotels and package tours outside Bangkok (Cha Am, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Hat Yai, Hua Hin, Kanchanaburi, Krabi, Pattaya, Mae Hong Son, Phi Phi, Phuket, Sa Mui, etc.) cancellation policy based on local hotel's policy PLUS a processing fee of 10% and US$ 25 administration fee per order.

2) No Show will be 100% of the total invoice charged - No Refund

Bank Charges & Transfer Fees
We do not accept responsibility for the payment of bank charges or fees resulting from the transfer of funds into bank account. Any such charges or fees are the payer's responsibility and cannot be deducted from our payment.

BestThaiTour acts as intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels, resorts, transport operator and local tourist offices providing the services. BestThaiTour is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by tourists, including those occurring outside the tour programs. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political action and unrest must be borne by the tourists. Programs, prices, services, and conditions are based on those valid at the time of confirmation and are therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the stay. Participation in our tour implies the tourist's agreement to the above conditions.
